Job summary

Sysco’s Director of Digital Transformation leads the enterprise-wide vision for analytics-driven growth and transformation. You will design the roadmap, align with senior leadership, and drive technology-enabled initiatives across multiple projects, including growth and back-end enhancements.

The role requires a strong track record in strategy, insights, and P&L management, with experience in agile teams and cross-functional execution across large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering).
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in a corporate setting or leading professional services in analytics/strategic roles.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and lead the design of an industry-leading approach with insights, tactics, offers, and analytics/tech enablers.
• Frame business opportunities with Sysco leadership and develop growth/transformation strategies.
• Oversee digital transformation initiatives, delivering projects on time, within budget, and with quality.
