Job summary

Archer is seeking a Director, Digital Technology Program Management in San Jose, CA to lead the enterprise PMO and drive delivery across a growing portfolio of corporate and product-facing technology initiatives.

You will partner with executives, product teams, and tech leaders to translate priorities into well-structured programs with measurable outcomes, delivering large-scale transformations from strategy through execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management within enterprise technology environments.
• 5+ years leading or scaling a PMO organization.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise systems initiatives (ERP, CRM, HCM, data platforms, cloud infrastructure).
• Strong financial acumen, including portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive levels.
• Expertise in hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or similar).
• Experience working with global teams and external system integrators.

• Lead PMO strategy, operating model, and governance across Digital Technology.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of enterprise platforms and digital initiatives.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and investment alignment with strategy.
• Ensure delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital platforms.
• Implement integrated planning, financial oversight, and dependency management.
• Develop risk, issue, and change management frameworks.
• Translate data into business impact insights for executives.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a PMO organization and develop career paths.
