  • Identify emerging customer needs, influencing strategic priorities, shaping product and GTM strategies, and build industry partnerships that strengthen Adobe’s market leadership.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 15+ years of experience in technology, digital strategy, management consulting, customer experience, or transformation leadership.
  • Deep expertise in one or more technology sectors, including hardware, semiconductor, software, or technology services.
  • Proven success advising senior executives on AI, customer experience, digital transformation, and business modernization initiatives, with experience developing strategies that translate into measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships, influence strategic decisions, and partner effectively with Sales organizations to drive growth.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, storytelling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong people leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
