Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Digital Commerce Director to lead the digital shelf performance and analytics strategy. You will drive content quality, data integrity, and share of search while building an analytics engine that links shelf activity to P&L outcomes.

You will manage vendor relationships (e.g., Profitero) and guide PIM/PXM platforms (Salsify, Syndigo). A leadership role with responsibility for developing a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data management or related field.
• 5+ years in eCommerce or digital shelf management.
• Experience building performance dashboards and scorecards.
• Hands-on experience with PIM/PXM platforms.
• Familiarity with digital shelf analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital shelf performance initiatives and drive optimization.
• Develop scorecards and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets.
• Oversee PIM/PXM governance and content syndication.
• Develop and mentor team members.
