Monster Energy seeks a Digital Commerce Director, Digital Shelf Performance & Ops, to lead our team in driving product success on the digital shelf. You will own content quality, data integrity and share of search, building an analytics engine tied to P&L outcomes and managing our vendor and syndication stack.
You will pair analytics with hands-on mastery of PXM platforms like Salsify/Syndigo and Profitero, delivering actionable insights to marketing, sales and eCommerce.

As the Digital Commerce Director, Digital Shelf Performance & Ops, you will lead the team and system tomake products win on the digital shelf, from content quality to data integrity to share of search. Build the performanceanalytics engine that connects what happens on the shelf to what happens in the Profit and Loss statements (P&L) andmanage the vendor and syndication infrastructure that powers it. Pair analytics with hands-on command of our ProductExperience Management (PXM) and syndication stack to turn shelf data into decisions the commercial team can act on.

Pay Range
$120,000 - $160,000 USD
