Job summary

Monster Energy seeks a Digital Commerce Director to lead Digital Shelf Performance & Ops in Corona, CA. You will drive content quality, data integrity and share of search while building a performance analytics engine to connect shelf activity to P&L outcomes.

Lead PIM/PXM platforms such as Salsify and Syndigo, manage vendor relationships, and align with marketing, sales and eCommerce to turn shelf data into strategic actions. Strong leadership and analytics skills required.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital shelf management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards and scorecards.
• Hands-on experience with PIM/PXM platforms and digital shelf analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to optimize digital shelf performance, content quality, and share of search.
• Build automated dashboards and scorecards to track KPIs for leadership.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive data-driven decisions across channels.
