Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Manatí PR is seeking a Director who will lead the Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, Utilities and Environmental organization to ensure robust, reliable, and compliant operations essential to production.

The role owns the multi-year digital vision, driving IoT, predictive analytics, AI, digital twins and RCM to maximize availability and reduce total cost of ownership; partner with BI&T and lead change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• Ten 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry with five (5) years of managerial experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing/engineering technology transfer, TQM and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance to engineering, maintenance, capital projects, and utilities.
• Ensures equipment, facilities and systems meet production requirements at high quality and competitive cost.
• Drives site engineering digital transformation strategy and roadmap; partners with BI&T.
• Leads organizational change management and workforce upskilling/reskilling.
• Establishes reliability as a core site capability (RCM, predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle).
