The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing specialist to design, execute and optimize campaigns across Amazon, Instacart and other retail networks.

With 5+ years of experience, you will lead data-driven optimization, build dashboards, and collaborate with brand teams to drive ROAS and revenue across FIJI Water, POM Wonderful and other brands. This hybrid role is based in West Los Angeles, with in-office Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of hands-on digital marketing for Amazon, DTC, Instacart, Walmart and similar networks.
• Degree in data science or marketing; MBA or MS preferred.
• CPG/food & beverage experience is desirable.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with AMC, Amazon Ads, DSPs and retail media ecosystems.

Aufgaben

• Design, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across Amazon, Instacart and retail networks.
• Optimize campaigns with data-driven insights, including bid strategies and audience targeting.
• Build dashboards and automated reports tracking ROAS, CPC, CTR and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with brand teams and agencies on creative assets and measurement.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to strategic growth opportunities.
