Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a senior leader to oversee Digital Manufacturing & Data Systems, driving initiatives to enhance equipment performance and operational visibility across multiple production centers.

You will own the LMS roadmap, support LIS, map fault codes to a historian, and lead OT network support and strategic projects. Travel up to 50% is required, with opportunities across RCCB centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years in leadership, or GED with 13+ years and 8+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading digital manufacturing initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data systems, dashboards, and OT network support.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment performance and operational visibility.
• Develop and own RCCB’s LMS roadmap and support LIS and future LMS platforms.
• Drive fault code mapping into a historian to improve data accuracy and root cause analysis.
• Support plant and OE teams to standardize equipment settings and optimize line performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
• Lead a team providing advanced technical equipment and OT network support, on-site and remotely.
