Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in North Wales, PA seeks a Director of Digital Health Technology Services to provide cross-team leadership and portfolio oversight for DHT delivery across multiple studies and regions.

Responsibilities include governance, data integrity, regulatory readiness, and collaboration with Service Providers to meet milestones. Strong expertise in SDLC, GxP/Part 11, and data management is required; experience shaping enterprise data strategy is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering or related discipline with minimum 10 years in DHT domain and 3+ years people management.
Advanced Degree with minimum 8–10 years in DHT domain plus 3+ years people management.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide portfolio-level oversight of DHT delivery across multiple studies and systems.
Lead governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end data management activities and regulatory/compliance readiness.
Align Service Providers and internal stakeholders on standardized DHT solutions across regions.
Define and monitor OKRs/KPIs; report performance and risks to leadership.
