Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in software engineering or related technical leadership roles.
- 5+ years leading teams, managers, vendors, or cross-functional delivery.
- Experience with SaaS platform delivery and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce/IFS or comparable.
- Ability to translate business priorities into engineering plans and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead software engineering delivery and governance for the Digital Foundry portfolio.
- Oversee teams delivering custom software, enterprise extensions, and APIs.
- Establish engineering standards, DevOps practices, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, Cybersecurity, and business leaders.
- Drive modernization, technical debt reduction, and platform evolution.
