Job summary

Capgemini Invent in San Francisco leads strategic client engagements in Digital Engineering and Product Engineering transformations across Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas sectors. You will drive growth, oversee large-scale programs, and shape transformation roadmaps with executive stakeholders.

We seek leaders with 12+ years in consulting or industry, strong PMO and governance skills, and deep knowledge of PLM, AI/GenAI, and data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting, industry, or Digital Engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading major Product Engineering transformation programs.
• Proven success delivering large Engineering Software and Digital Engineering engagements.
• Experience designing and implementing target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation execution models.
• Strong experience establishing PMO, VRO, governance, and program management functions.
• Deep understanding of PLM, Manufacturing technologies, and Engineering transformation.
• Demonstrated business development success with proposals, sales, and revenue growth.
• Experience selling multi-capability consulting engagements.
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI, and data-driven approaches in engineering/product development.
• Executive presence with strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements and drive growth across major industries.
• Oversee delivery of large-scale Digital Engineering and Product Engineering transformations.
• Grow Capgemini Invent's Digital Engineering presence and client relationships.
• Develop and execute end-to-end engineering transformation roadmaps.
• Establish PMO, governance structures, and execution frameworks.
• Mentor and scale multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Travel as required to support engagements and business development.
