A Bachelor's degree and significant leadership experience are required, along with a strong focus on data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to drive success

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• 2-4 years of relevant leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with digital customer success practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital customer success strategies.
• Lead and grow a team of digital customer success managers.
• Define and maintain customer health scoring models.
