Job summary

Revecore is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the development and launch of its DRGV service offering, expanding Billing and Coding Optimization capabilities across the organization.

You will define operating models, workflows, staffing, productivity metrics, and quality standards to scale the service line while partnering with Product, Data, AI, and Operations to build technology-enabled workflows and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in DRGV, hands-on coding experience, and expert-level MS-DRG knowledge.
• Experience launching healthcare service lines, supporting sales efforts, and driving cross-functional execution.
• Remote role with work-at-home requirements; must reside in specified US states.
