Job description

We're scaling our Security Forensics & Professional Services organization in Europe to match growing customer demand from customers across Europe and North America.

As Director, you'll own the strategy, delivery, and growth of our professional services function: expanding our service portfolio, leading complex forensic investigations, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to our customers. You'll report directly to the CEO with real influence on company direction.

What You'll Own:

  • The full professional services organization: strategy, team, delivery model, and P&L
  • An expanding portfolio of high-value service offerings for government and defense customers
  • Scalable methodologies, SOPs, and delivery frameworks for forensic investigations, incident response, and threat detection
  • Relationships with government and defense contractor customers as a senior technical advisor
  • KPIs for service delivery, utilization, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • A high-performing team of DFIR, threat intelligence, and professional services specialists

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years hands-on in mobile forensics, digital forensics & incident response (DFIR), malware analysis, or threat detection
  • 3+ years leading professional services, consulting, or technical delivery teams in security
  • Deep knowledge of mobile forensic tools, investigative techniques, and IR frameworks
  • Strong understanding of threat intelligence, operational security, and threat detection methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex forensic findings for both technical and executive audiences
  • Experience scaling a services function, not just maintaining one
  • Strong client-facing presence with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with mobile threat detection, mobile security platforms, or mobile forensic analysis tools
  • Reverse engineering or advanced malware analysis background
  • Existing network in the DFIR or mobile security community

What We Offer:

  • A proven, market-leading mobile threat detection platform trusted by governments. You'll be extending the value of a product that already has strong traction and customer trust
  • Highly competitive compensation package with meaningful performance-based upside
  • A high-impact leadership role inside a mission-driven company with an established government customer base and significant growth ahead
  • Hybrid flexible work, Europe-based, global team
  • Direct access to the CEO and real strategic influence
