  • Lead decisions on proper sizing, scaling, capacity planning, and performance optimization for cloud‑hosted solutions.
  • Establish and refine CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, environment management, and release controls.
  • Partner directly with public cloud providers and internal infrastructure teams to optimize architecture, service consumption, scalability, and operational resilience.
  • Drive a DevOps culture with strong ownership of build, deployment, release automation, monitoring, incident readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Improve platform observability through metrics, logging, alerting, and health monitoring.
  • Champion reliability engineering principles, including fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and high availability design.

  • Strong experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and production support models.
  • Experience modernizing existing applications to leverage cloud‑native or cloud‑aligned services and platform components.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with cloud vendors and internal enterprise teams across architecture, security, connectivity, governance, and service operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across engineering and support organizations.
