Marine assets include a fleet of tenders, encompassing acquisition strategy, maintenance and repair, operational readiness, dry-dock planning, and maintenance crew management.

This role will also lead the adoption and implementation of asset strategy across the private destinations to drive efficiencies, reliability, standardization, and stronger asset performance across the destination portfolio. This role will look for synergies across destinations, with shipboard operations and Alaska operations.

The position collaborates closely with technical, asset management, sourcing, and Corporate and Brand operations stakeholders across the enterprise.

The Director, Destination Technical Lifecycle Management will report directly to the VP, Destination Operations, with dotted-line reporting to the Corporate Shipbuilding team (AVP, Machinery Lifecycle Management) and the Maritime Asset Strategy team to ensure alignment with corporate maritime and technical standards, asset strategy, and lifecycle management practices.
