Job summary

Dexcom is a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, enabling people to manage health more effectively. The Design Quality Engineering team seeks a Quality leader for Electrical Safety, EMC, and radio certifications across the product lifecycle.

You will own the global IEC 60601 compliance strategy, engage with NRTL laboratories, drive worldwide wireless certification, and mentor a team of Compliance Engineers while partnering with Regulatory, R&D, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of people management experience.
• Experience with NRTL certification strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own IEC 60601 Electrical Safety and EMC compliance strategy for CGM products.
• Engage with NRTL laboratories on certification strategies and testing.
• Lead worldwide radio certification and market access activities for wireless devices.
• Establish surveillance and translate regulatory requirements into plans.
• Provide lifecycle compliance leadership across development and post‑market activities.
