Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and strategic direction of Departmental Research Administration.
• Direct management of pre- and post-award managers and operations.
• Develop standardized policies, procedures, and templates.
• Create metrics for staffing, workload, portfolio assignments, and resources.
• Prepare reports for the Vice President of Research.
• Keep current with sponsor requirements and regulations.
• Represent the DRA group at management and advisory meetings.
• Support staff development and training.
