Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Associate Director, Decision Intelligence Tools & Solutions to help shape regulatory strategy and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

The role partners with global teams to monitor legislative developments, develop strategic plans, and produce briefs and narratives for administration officials. It also oversees risk assessment and supports senior leadership with actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to comprehensive strategic plans that advance the company’s objectives at the federal level by leveraging direct advocacy, policy and research, coalitions, stakeholder engagement and public opinion.
• Monitors legislative, regulatory and guidance developments and coordinates the company’s review and comment on documents.
• Acts as a liaison with global Regulatory Affairs teams and other departments, fostering strong relationships and promoting effective communication to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and the seamless integration of regulatory processes across the organization.
• Provides internal briefings, presentations and intelligence sharing with leadership to ensure that the organization can effectively shape the external environment.
• Guides the creation of presentations and narratives with administration officials that demonstrate the company’s unique partnerships and role in the broader healthcare landscape.
• Ensures that potential risks in violating regulations have been identified and mitigation options proactively proposed for project team and senior management decision making.
