Vision360 Partners is hiring a Director of Strategic Communications to join our team in Washington, DC to lead public affairs, crisis, and litigation communications work for a roster of national clients. This is a high-impact hands-on leadership role — you'll shape strategy, run campaigns, manage account teams, and work directly with agency leadership across all our lines of business.

• Advise clients on communications strategy and execution—messaging, content, and channel strategy including social; monitor emerging issues; help clients and agency leadership stay ahead of developments.
• Lead integrated issue advocacy, crisis, and digital campaigns that shape narratives and reach target audiences.
• Pitch reporters, cultivate media relationships, manage rapid response, book interviews, place op-eds.
• Identify, recruit, and activate allied third-party experts and organizations; lead or contribute to multi-stakeholder advocacy coalitions.
• Mentor and oversee day-to-day account workflows, ensure deliverables are polished and error-free, and manage execution with precision

What You’ll Do

• Earned media: Pitch reporters, cultivate media relationships, manage rapid response, book interviews, place op-eds
• Coalition building: Identify, recruit, and activate allied third-party experts and organizations; lead or contribute to multi-stakeholder advocacy coalitions
• Team management: Mentor and oversee day-to-day account workflows, ensure deliverables are polished and error-free, and manage execution with precision

Nice to Have

• Experience with trade associations or coalition-based advocacy
• State or federal legislative campaign experience
• Experience across multiple concurrent client engagements with distinct confidentiality requirements
