ALO is hiring a Director of Distribution Center Security & Asset Protection to lead the security program across the North America network. Based in Las Vegas, you’ll protect people, product, facilities, information, and continuity, partnering with senior leaders to drive governance, risk reduction, and investment decisions across current and future sites.

You’ll translate risk into scalable operating models for physical security, investigations, threat response, and security technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in security, asset protection, or risk operations.
• Experience owning multi-site or regional security and asset protection programs.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute enterprise DC security and asset protection strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead risk assessments across entire risk path and drive corrective actions.
• Establish network standards for access control, CCTV, and guard deployment across sites.
• Develop budgets, KPIs/KRIs, dashboards, and executive risk communications.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure business continuity and incident response.
• Drive continuous improvement through governance and data-driven decisions.
