ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Director, Asset Protection to provide enterprise-level leadership across its Distribution & Transportation network. You will guide 14 site Asset Protection Leaders and influence over 450 security professionals while shaping proactive security strategies to safeguard assets and people.

The role partners with regional leaders, legal teams, and external agencies to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years asset protection experience in distribution/retail.
• 7-10 years multi-site asset protection leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for asset protection across a multi-campus network and align policies and processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of asset protection leaders; oversee 450+ third-party security personnel.
• Design and execute strategic asset protection plans, conduct investigations, and manage crisis response.
