Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate security, asset protection, or related risk operations.
• Experience owning multi-site security and asset protection programs with strategy, governance and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% and support urgent incidents across time zones.

Aufgaben

• Own the enterprise DC security and asset protection strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Set network standards for access control, CCTV, perimeter protection, and guard-force deployment.
• Lead investigations, threat response, and business continuity planning.
• Manage budgets for security programs, technology, and vendor services.
• Partner with senior leaders across HR, Legal, IT and Facilities to drive risk-based improvements.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice

Security Management, Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred

Equivalent relevant experience may be considered
