Job summary

Williams College seeks an Executive Director of the Davis Center to lead the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The role oversees staff, builds campus and community partnerships, and advances inclusive excellence across campus through strategy and collaboration.

The position requires a Master’s degree, at least five years of related experience, and a track record in strategic planning, program assessment, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a directly related field.
• Experience leading professional staff.
• Experience developing and implementing organizational strategy.
• Experience managing budgets and complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Davis Center.

• Represent the Office on institutional committees and external partnerships.
