Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, technology, program delivery, product management, or related discipline.
• Five or more years of people leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritization, governance, and delivery of the enterprise Data Security portfolio into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Develop product and capability leaders and enable execution through the team.
• Drive requirements, enablement, operational readiness, and sustainable adoption of data security capabilities.
• Build relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities and communicate tradeoffs.
• Establish portfolio governance, executive reporting, and delivery metrics.
