Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead product analytics for New Revenue Bets, spanning Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC. You will partner with VPs and cross-functional leaders, synthesize insights for executives, and shape investment decisions with rigorous data-driven perspectives.

You will define measurement frameworks for nascent revenue products, tackle ambiguity, and drive endpoint-to-end outcomes across multiple pillars.

Qualifications

Senior analytical leadership across multiple revenue bets and pillars.
Ability to synthesize complex analyses into executive-ready narratives.
Proven track record influencing cross-functional strategy at scale.
Experience defining measurement frameworks for nascent products.
Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments with undefined metrics.

Responsibilities

Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams (Subscriptions, BizAI, XF APAC).
Work directly with VPs and cross-functional leaders to shape strategy.
Translate complex analyses into actionable executive insights and decisions.
Define success metrics for nascent revenue products where playbooks don’t exist.
Drive measurement, experimentation, and causal inference for early-stage products.
Lead analytics supporting APAC localization and go-to-market measurement.
Elevate ICs and managers through coaching and exemplary work.
Redesign analytics workflows to leverage AI/ML tools at scale.
Model AI agent ROI and opportunity sizing for new capabilities.
