Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager for data strategy and integration. You will own the data-source roadmap, define partnership strategies, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver a mature data portfolio.

You will manage executive relationships and ensure operational excellence while defining data product requirements and compliance posture. The role demands strong experience with healthcare data standards, APIs, ETL/ELT, and RWD/RWE, plus a proven ability to prioritize and execute

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with data, platform, or integration focus.
• Strategy and operating model experience for a function or portfolio.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, OMOP, ICD/SNOMED/LOINC) and RWD/RWE.
• Strong technical foundation: data models, APIs, ETL/ELT, and data quality concepts.
• Experience influencing executive partners at the highest levels.
• Ability to set strategy, ruthlessly prioritize, and drive execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with experience owning data, platform, or integration products


• A track record of setting strategy and operating model for a function or portfolio


• Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, OMOP, ICD/SNOMED/LOINC) and real-world data (RWD/RWE)


• A strong technical foundation: comfort with data models, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality concepts


• Experience working with and influencing external partners at the executive level


• Demonstrated ability to set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive execution across an organization


• Excellent written and verbal communication
