Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product manager focused on data integrations in the US healthcare sector. You will own the data-source roadmap, lead cross-functional integration squads, and partner with external data providers to drive end-to-end integrations.

You will define data standards, ensure downstream usability, and navigate compliance by design, working with engineering, legal, BD, and clinical stakeholders. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management owning data, platform or integration products.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, OMOP, ICD/SNOMED/LOINC) and real-world data.
• Strong technical foundation with data models, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines and data quality.
• Experience working with external partners translating ambiguous agreements into clear requirements.
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, legal, business development, and clinical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to move fluidly between a partner conversation and a technical design discussion.
