Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management to define and drive the OneStream platform strategy across the enterprise. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with technology, risk and design, and shape features that enable faster, more trusted data workflows and self-service capabilities.

You will influence senior leaders and stakeholders while guiding execution and product governance in a complex data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives and technical engineering partners.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define the long term vision and strategy for the enterprise OneStream (Data Pipeline platform) product portfolio across Capital One.
• Champion the execution of next generation product features and lead a high performing product team.
• Inspire and coach product managers; influence customers and partner teams across tech, architecture, design, analytics and risk.
• Build a modern data ecosystem with self-service capabilities, automation and agentic features.
