Job summary

Archer is seeking a Product Manager for Data & Data Infrastructure to lead the global vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise data platforms. You will partner with engineering, design, security, and GTM to deliver a scalable, monitored, and AI-enhanced SaaS data platform for asset managers and financial institutions.

You will guide multi-year roadmaps, manage a team of PMs, and focus on performance, reliability, and cost at enterprise scale, while collaborating with business development

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years leading PMs or equivalent leadership.
• Proven multi-year product vision & roadmaps across multiple squads.
• Experience building B2B products for complex enterprise customers.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud + data infrastructure.
• Hands-on data platform patterns and large-scale data movement.
• Experience driving SaaS platform modernization & multi-tenant cloud tech.
• Embedded AI in product experiences with measurable value.
• Strong data visualization in enterprise dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead global vision and strategy for Data & Analytics Data & Data Infrastructure.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product standards and governance baselines.
• Partner with engineering, design, security, SRE, and GTM to roadmap delivery.
• Lead PMs/owners, set goals, coach, and ensure launches and adoption.
• Track adoption metrics, telemetry, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Innovate around future-proofing, data monetization, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with business development for key client engagements.
