Job summary

This senior role builds data as the foundation of marketing efforts, drives automation, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics.

The position requires extensive leadership, a proven track record in data management across media, and strong communication to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data operations and/or business intelligence.
• 5-6+ years in an advertising agency environment.
• 6+ years handling digital media data and analytics.
• 4-6+ years in data governance and QA in BI environments.
• 5-6+ years in management and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain data management and governance frameworks.
• Lead BI tool adoption, data warehousing, and automation initiatives.
• Serve as strategic liaison among internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Oversee project planning, resource management, and timely delivery.
• Direct data quality, cleansing, compliance, and documentation.
• Mentor managers, analysts, and offshore teams; drive growth.
• Act as subject matter expert for client-facing data initiatives.
• Champion automation and data-driven decision making across channels.
