Job summary

SkyWater Technology is seeking a Director of the Data Intelligence Group to lead a multidisciplinary team across BI, AI/ML, and data engineering. This role defines the enterprise data architecture roadmap and ensures data quality and governance across ERP, MES, and other systems.

You will partner with manufacturing and business leaders to translate operational needs into analytics solutions, guide AI/ML initiatives, and manage vendor relationships and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data/analytics/BI/integration roles with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience scaling a data/analytics function in manufacturing/tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of BI platforms and data architectures.
• Experience with ERP/integration (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary data team across BI, AI/ML, and data engineering.
• Define the strategic roadmap for enterprise data architecture, analytics, and integration platforms.
• Establish data governance standards, ensuring data quality and controls.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and business leaders to translate needs into data solutions.
• Oversee data integration architecture connecting ERP, MES, and other systems.
