The position emphasizes governance, AI/GenAI adoption, and scalable data platforms with a strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment and agile delivery. You will partner with business leaders and engineering teams to define use cases, drive roadmaps, and ensure data quality, security, and governance across Snowflake and Databricks-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years in data, analytics, or related roles; 5+ years leading enterprise data products or AI-enabled products.
• Experience delivering data intelligence products at scale and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data intelligence roadmaps and stakeholder management with VPs, directors, and product teams.
• Translate business needs into data product requirements and actionable specs.
• Oversee backlog, Jira epics, features, and user stories; manage sprint planning and delivery.
• Drive data governance, quality, metadata, and lineage initiatives across the enterprise.
• Foster AI-driven problem solving and enterprise-wide data product transformation.
