Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Data Engineering. This role is responsible for leading the design and implementation of the data platform in a cloud-native setting.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in data engineering, with at least 5 years of leadership experience, and expertise in modern data architectures including Databricks Lakehouse. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics Engineering, Data Integration, or Data Platform Engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Data Engineering teams.
• Experience modernizing legacy ETL and SQL-based architectures into cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data integration developers and engineers.
• Establish enterprise data architecture standards and strategies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure scalable data architecture.
