You will drive engineering standards, delivery performance, and cost optimization while partnering with data architecture and product leadership.

The role requires deep Databricks expertise, strong people leadership, and a proven track record delivering scalable data solutions in Azure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering or related field with enterprise-scale platforms.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership, managing 8–15 engineers.
• Deep hands-on Databricks experience in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data engineering team responsible for the enterprise data platform.
• Set engineering standards for pipelines, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Own Azure DevOps planning, sprint execution, and delivery reporting.
