Due to a recent internal promotion, Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Director of Data Engineering to lead the development, implementation, support, and modernization of our enterprise analytic data environment. This leader will oversee critical capabilities including data warehouses and data lakes, data quality, master and metadata management, data products, ETL, graph databases and data fabric capabilities, and the data infrastructure supporting AI and agentic workflows. The Director will lead Architects, DW Analysts, and Data Engineers while executing a multi-year roadmap for modern data management infrastructure and managing key vendor relationships. This highly collaborative role will partner across AI/Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Platforms, Database Administration, research informatics, and research data teams to advance a cohesive enterprise data and analytics strategy.
