Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 6 years' experience in data engineering, solution architecture, business intelligence or related field.
• Option 2: 8 years' experience in data engineering, solution architecture, business intelligence or related field.
• Option 3: Master’s degree in Computer Science and 4 years' experience in data engineering, solution architecture, business intelligence or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data governance frameworks to support data quality and accessibility.
• Oversee data source identification, validation, and quality assessment to ensure data fitness for purpose.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management practices and system performance.
