Job summary

Thrive South Side is seeking a Director of Data and Analytics to shape the strategic direction of our data infrastructure, BI, and partner reporting. You will translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for executive leadership, MCOs, and community partners, leading a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include governance, data lakehouse reliability, interoperability pipelines, and rigorous quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data and analytics teams in healthcare.
