Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Director, D2C & Digital Commerce to own growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop, influencer commerce, and owned e-commerce channels for a prestige beauty brand. This remote, US-based role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

You will lead channel strategy, forecast budgets, manage influencer partnerships, and work cross-functionally with ecommerce, marketing, and creative teams to optimize conversion and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in D2C / digital commerce or growth marketing.
• Direct hands-on experience with Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• Proven influencer/creator partnerships delivering measurable results.
• Experience owning sales forecasts and budgets for channel growth.
• Strong analytics to guide strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and growth plans across Amazon, TikTok Shop, influencer commerce, and D2C e-commerce.
• Lead Amazon strategy, P&L, including advertising, listing optimization, marketplace growth, and reporting.
• Develop and execute TikTok Shop and social-commerce initiatives, including content-to-cart and influencer partnerships.
• Build and manage creator partnerships that drive measurable sales growth.
• Partner with ecommerce, marketing, creative, and operations to improve conversion, retention, and channel mix.
• Create and manage channel forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
• Develop scalable growth models to support order-volume and revenue targets.
• Ensure brand and clinical messaging is translated across digital touchpoints.
• Lead agency selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.

We are seeking a digitally fluent commerce leader to own and scale growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop, influencer-led commerce, and owned e-commerce channels. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who has helped build and grow a digital-first consumer brand and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in D2C, digital commerce, e-commerce, or growth marketing.
• Direct hands-on experience managing Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• A track record of building and executing influencer or creator partnership programs that generated measurable commercial results.
• Experience owning sales forecasts, budgets, and channel-growth plans.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance data to guide strategy and execution.
• Experience managing agencies and/or leading small, high-performing teams.
• Background in prestige beauty, luxury skincare, clinical skincare, or a comparable consumer category is strongly preferred.
• Experience in an early-stage, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
