Job summary

Asset Living, a leading real estate management firm, seeks a Director of Cybersecurity to lead enterprise security strategy and governance in a cloud-first Microsoft 365 environment.

This role will standardize programs, mature security capabilities, and align roadmaps with business objectives, M&A activity, NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls, and evolving risk landscapes to strengthen security posture and resilience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years in a cybersecurity leadership role.
• Experience aligning security programs with NIST CSF 2.0 and CIS Controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operations.
• Standardize security programs and establish a scalable operating model.
• Collaborate with MSSPs to enhance visibility and threat response.
• Develop and maintain risk-based security policies and incident response playbooks.
