Asset Living is seeking a Security Engineering and Operations Manager to lead the organization's cybersecurity strategy in a cloud-first Microsoft 365 environment. This role drives governance, standardization, and a scalable security operating model to strengthen resilience.

6+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience.
Experience with NIST CSF 2.0 and CIS Controls.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and MSSP partners.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance for cloud-first environments.
Develop and maintain scalable security operating model and program governance.
Align security program with NIST CSF 2.0 and CIS Controls across the enterprise.
Oversee incident response playbooks, tabletop exercises, and crisis management.
Manage MSSP partnerships and internal security teams with clear roles and accountability.
Provide monthly executive security reporting and risk updates.
