Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is hiring a Director of Cyber Security in Provo, Utah. You will define the security strategy, lead the security team, and protect customer data and billing systems while balancing security with rapid growth.

Ten-plus years in information security with a track record leading security programs is required. You will drive PCI DSS, SOC 2, and privacy compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS or security.
• 10+ years in information security with 5+ years leading security teams.
• Experience protecting payment systems and sensitive data at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise information-security strategy, roadmap, policies, standards, and budget.
• Build, lead, and develop the security team across security engineering, SecOps, and GRC.
• Identify, quantify, prioritize, and drive remediation of enterprise security risk; report posture to executive leadership.
• Protect payment and customer data; secure billing/data platform and data flows across SaaS environments.
• Own detection, monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response; establish IR plans.
• Drive compliance with PCI DSS, SOC 2, and privacy regulations; own audits and vendor risk.
• Foster company-wide security awareness and shared responsibility.
