Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with our most valuable customers, becoming their trusted advisor & consultant.
- Partner with internal teams to launch new clients and support existing ones.
- Collaborate with technical support to develop onboarding plans, lead kick-off discussions, and set clear expectations.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience across all phases of the relationship.
- Understand customer goals and provide strategic guidance on platform best practices, use cases, and workflows.
- Manage technical resources to execute implementation and support plans.
- Engage with key influencers and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Conduct business reviews and goal-setting meetings.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Supervise department employees, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and discipline.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in Customer Success or a related role.
- Skills: Business Acumen, Communication, Customer Focus, Leadership, Presentation, Problem Solving, Results Orientation, Strategic Thinking, Technical Capacity.
