Responsibilities
  1. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with our most valuable customers, becoming their trusted advisor & consultant.
  2. Partner with internal teams to launch new clients and support existing ones.
  3. Collaborate with technical support to develop onboarding plans, lead kick-off discussions, and set clear expectations.
  4. Ensure a seamless customer experience across all phases of the relationship.
  5. Understand customer goals and provide strategic guidance on platform best practices, use cases, and workflows.
  6. Manage technical resources to execute implementation and support plans.
  7. Engage with key influencers and decision-makers within customer organizations.
  8. Conduct business reviews and goal-setting meetings.
  9. Stay informed about digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  10. Supervise department employees, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and discipline.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Customer Success or a related role.
  • Skills: Business Acumen, Communication, Customer Focus, Leadership, Presentation, Problem Solving, Results Orientation, Strategic Thinking, Technical Capacity.
