Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Director of Customer Success, Operations, to be the right-hand operational partner to the VP of Success. You will drive major initiatives across Enrollment Advisors, Family Success Managers, Support, Processing, and Program Communications, aligning teams and delivering measurable results.

You will own end-to-end project management, build SOPs, and establish a data-driven cadence for KPI reviews and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program/project management, operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making; able to diagnose and act.
• Technically comfortable with CRM and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for major division initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Track progress against quarterly OKRs and division goals.
• Own the operating cadence for KPI reviews and reporting.
• Dig into CRM and data to surface insights and recommendations.
• Develop SOPs and ensure cross-functional coordination.
