Edenred Pay USA invites a Director of Customer Success to lead strategic accounts, drive retention and expansion, and partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Care teams in a fully remote role across the United States.

This senior role requires eight+ years in CS or account management in payments/fintech, with at least three years leading a team. Expect competitive base salary ($130k–$150k) and bonus opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in customer success or account management in payments/fintech/B2B SaaS.
• At least 3 years leading a team with retention targets.
• Experience scaling a CS function in PE-backed growth.
• Experience with Salesforce and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own Net Value Retention and spend retention by tier.
• Lead renewals from first trigger through signature with accountability.
• Develop and implement long-term account management plans and playbooks.
• Apply AI and automation to CS workflows to improve coverage and outcomes.
• Partner with sales, onboarding, care, product and engineering to drive cross-functional success.
• Build and maintain teams, goals, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
