Job summary

Anza Mortgage Insurance Corporation is seeking a Director of Customer Success to design and lead the end-to-end customer experience, build the CS organization, and implement scalable processes and technologies that improve customer outcomes. Based in Wilmington, NC, the role requires in-office presence at least three days per week.

• Build Anza's Customer Success Organization.
• Design the end-to-end Customer Experience across onboarding, implementation, servicing, and relationship management.
• Lead Client Success & Relationship Management and executive lender partnerships.
• Drive Operational Excellence with scalable processes and analytics.
• Partner Across the Enterprise to align with other functions and champion customer accountability.
