Please see our story at https://aclarion.com/. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting individual to become an Aclarion Director, Customer Success! The job requirements are as follows:
Support the onboarding and installation of the Nociscan-LS Exam protocol on commercial MRI scanners.
Support on-site and remote training to perform a Nociscan-LS exam.
Provide Aclarion software engineers with customer feedback and issue resolutions.
Eager to travel USA and globally as needed. 60% travel expected
Heavy alignment with Sales and Growth objectives
Track meaningful events and metrics as required for clinical evaluation studies
Ensures confidentiality of patient information following HIPAA guidelines and Aclarion policies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional follow up skills with Nociscan-LS customers
Desire to work independently and remotely
Strong sense of accountability for customer success
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with MRI technologists, Surgeon and Radiology customers.
Comfortable in a fluid small company working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
AART (R) certification
MRI imaging experience , minimum 3 years
MR Spectroscopy experience, highly preferable
