Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, training, coaching, budgeting and performance of the Customer Service Team.
• Oversee and improve processes to ensure compliance and efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new systems and automation for better customer experience.
