Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of power engineering, transmission, distribution.
• Understanding of Hawaii PUC rules and regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and project management.
• Leadership and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct division to deliver world-class customer experience and financial results.
• Manage 5-year capital and O&M budgets.
• Engage with stakeholders incl. government agencies and customers.
• Lead safety culture and ensure safe practices and procedures.
• Participate in emergency response activities as assigned.
